“One of the biggest challenges facing talented young artists in pursuing their passion is funding. Grants from The Hnatyshyn Foundation to emerging young artists send a message that their talent is recognized and their dreams can come true.”

Our Donors Make a Difference
Most arts funding in Canada is devoted to supporting cultural institutions, performing arts companies and specific events. Only a small percentage is available for the training and development of the individual artists whose talent and creativity enhance the quality of life in our country. The Foundation’s goal is to help fill this gap by providing assistance to emerging and newly established artists of exceptional talent in all spheres.
As a donor to The Hnatyshyn Foundation, you have the opportunity to invest in Canada’s youth and to support the development of our world-class artists of tomorrow. Your contribution will help emerging musicians, singers, dancers and actors get professional-level training, or provide the resources for painters, sculptors and writers in mid-career to hone their skills or create new works of art. A future Veronica Tennant, Oscar Peterson, Christopher Plummer or Margaret Atwood may be waiting for the support and encouragement that our Foundation, with your help, will provide.
We are pleased to offer the following levels of recognition for our donors:
- Conductor's Circle ($400,000 or more)
- President's Box ($100,000 to $399,999)
- Sponsor's Box ($50,000 to $99,999)
